Grace had a really fun night out with a few friends at the Olive Garden for her birthday.
After a slew of swimming, bowling, etc. parties for classmates this year, I was super-pumped that she wanted a fun and simple girls' night. And I could tell her friends loved the whole experience too. No baking, no cleanup... could we just do this every year??
We kept the guest list small. Two friends were out of town, which was a bummer, but we had a fun little group.
We had dinner and desserts, presents, and presents for friends. Lots of giggling.
On the way home Grace said it was the best birthday party she'd ever had- and she gets another one with us tonight.
