God used Urbana to completely change the course of my life. I am certain that at the end of my life Urbana will be in the top 10, probably top 5, a good chance it will even be in the top 3 most influential experiences I will have had.
Urbana 06 is happening right now- and you can check out some awesome video etc. at the site to see what it's all about. I went in 2000. You can still watch the webcasts from that year. Check out Todd Ahrend's talk from the am session on Dec 30. His challenge: give up your small ambitions and embrace God's heart for the world. God completely captured my heart with that statement and in that moment, "it" became about Him and not me. I had no idea at the time how much that commitment would change my life, or continue changing it in the years to come.
