Vanilla wafers + Keebler Mint Cookies + Frosting.
I can't remember where I first saw these, but we made them several years ago. The girls reminded me of them this week- these would be perfect for class treats, too. As I was making them I was wishing I'd added some "cheese" as well. They're especially good if they sit for a day- the mint invades the vanilla cookies.
