Five days of Easter recess just ended.
The girls were out of school, and I, too, strategically worked my own class work schedule so I could take all five days off as well. Even Jim took a day off. Of course we were sick with allergies/colds the three days the kids were at Grandma's; we enjoyed it anyway.
I thought this little break would be just the thing to re-charge and get motivated and focused to finish the year strong.
What it did was affirm my expectations that summer break is going to be crazy awesome, and now it's actually much, much harder to stay driven to work.
Here's to pressing on and finishing strong.
