So, January is usually a bleak month. The holidays are over and you force yourself to take down the Christmas decorations. You are beating yourself up by the 9th because you broke your New Year's resolution already (several times). It keeps on snowing and it's cold outside, but all the stores start selling lawn mowers and swimsuits.
THIS January will be different for me and some of my girlfriends.
