We only did A DAY and we got to see SO VERY MUCH and loved every minute. Next time we go we'll take a week in SoHo alone, or maybe just move there because it was that spectacular.Nataliehttp://www.betterthanmyself.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31703632.post-59888940878697781422010-01-26T15:15:37.021-06:002010-01-26T15:15:37.021-06:00Have you ever heard of the Black Hills? You probably really don't need to fly, but I suppose you could charter a plane if it made you feel better. Just a thought. ;)

If that doesn't make the cut, then I'm in the Seattle pool - the ocean, mountains, big city, and yet I've never been there (but it's on my list). I can see your draw to the east coast, but I can also see you making a family trip there in the future as well to soak up the history and sites with the kids. Hmmm. Either way, I know you'll have a blast!Jenn Boergerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07833582348631238251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31703632.post-80397831492082399412010-01-26T07:36:43.321-06:002010-01-26T07:36:43.321-06:00What about Charleston? You'll get "culture" out the whazoo.

It's somewhere I've always wanted to go...when he came home from Portland, the pics and stories he told me enticed me to pick and move there right then. (this was before kids and had no inhibitions, oh how I long for those days sometimes.) So if you end up going there, can I hide in your suitcase?Lissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15880458360916387288noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31703632.post-78123257234715620922010-01-25T11:02:01.814-06:002010-01-25T11:02:01.814-06:00I was totally thinking Boston before you mentioned...I was totally thinking Boston before you mentioned it. Its one of my favorite places we've been-especially because we went in the fall.
